
MUSEUM SPACE/EQUIPMENT FEES
Patio Only: $600
(including access to restrooms)
Non-Profit Rate: $300
Security Guards: $40/hour (NOTE: 2 hour minimum, final cost determined by length of event)
Custodial Cleanup: $40/ hour (NOTE: 2 hour minimum, final cost determined by size of event)
*We have a limited amount of equipment rental and suggest contacting outside vendors for larger events to provide chairs and tables.
EQUIPMENT RENTAL FEES
Tables:
$4/each – We have six ten-top round tables, two 8ft rectangular tables, four 6 ft rectangular tables, one 5 ft rectangular table, and one 4ft rectangular table.
Chairs:
$2/ each – We have 28 metal chairs.
COMFORTABLE CAPACITY:
Cocktails on patio: 120
Dinner at round tables: 60 (6 ten-top tables) (Dinner rental capacity 80 people.)
Auditorium set-up: Maximum 60 (NO food or drink allowed in gallery areas)
